304 Stainless versus 316 Stainless


Standard Stainless Steel IBC Containers have a heavy duty 10 gauge 304 steel shell and a ½” slopped bottom for maximum drainage, 2” discharge valve with 2” 316 stainless steel ball valve, 22.5” lid opening with EPDM gasket and either a 3” fusible vent or Rieke vent.

304 Stainless Contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel
