Description Our reconditioned 330-gallon composite IBC totes feature a high-density polyethylene internal tank, previously used but in excellent condition, encased in a sturdy galvanized steel exterior cage. These large-capacity poly caged IBC totes have undergone a rigorous refurbishment process, including thorough cleaning and inspection, and are fully certified according to federal standards for safe transportation and usage. Designed for non-potable water applications only, these poly totes meet UN/DOT certification standards for both PG II and PG III materials, as well as non-hazardous commodities.

Ideal for a variety of industrial uses, these IBCs are expertly engineered for the safe handling of a range of materials such as cargo, chemicals, oils, ingredients, process intermediates, and various types of wastes including fluids, solids, and semi-solids. The 330-gallon reconditioned composite totes are well-suited for sectors like agriculture, chemical production, energy, plastics, road construction, paint and coating industries, as well as wastewater and waste treatment processes.

Specifications Each tote measures 48 inches in length, 40 inches in width, and 53 inches in height. The IBC base is designed for easy maneuverability, featuring a 4-way channel that allows access for both forklifts and pallet jacks. The tote’s inlet is a 6-inch vented screw cap lid, while the outlet boasts a 2-inch NPT male quick-connect ball valve, compatible with NPT female camlock couplers.

Our reconditioned 330-gallon poly caged IBCs are engineered to hold a variety of substances, including fluids, chemicals, caustics, and acids, with a maximum specific gravity of 1.9. The inner tank is blow-molded from UV-stabilized virgin HDPE resin, known for its industrial strength and durability. The protective exterior cage, made from high-quality galvanized steel, ensures the contents are secure and guarded against corrosion, rust, and physical damage.
